We move Minnesota forward by influencing institutions, leaders and communities to knock down barriers to equality and to invest in women and girls.

Each year, 25 percent of the Social Change Fund budget is targeted to public policy funding. We have made a committment to this strategy in order to shift institutions and policies for women and girls in the state by ensuring an adequate social safety net for their economic justice.

We are also committed to building the capacity of our grantees to affecrt social change and public policy outcomes. We do this by hosting quarterly roundtables for grantees working on public policy outcomes, identifying grantees' training needs, and sponsoring an annual public policy forum hosted by the Office on the Economic Status of Women.
