At the Women's Foundation of Minnesota, we move equality in Minnesota forward by educating citizens, leaders and communities about the barriers to equality that women and girls experience every day.

We add a critical gender-race-class-place lens to dialogue with communities and policymakers that would otherwise be absent.

We accomplish this by producing and presenting research on the status of women and girls in Minnesota to communities across the state, assuming a convenor role to bring groups together around common issues of interest related to social justice and women and girls.

We also do it by joining diverse collaboratives, maximizing the power of social media to engage communities and move social change forward, and sponsoring issue briefings with community partners.
